We do not directly operate these services unless explicitly stated.
- Booking & Payments
3.1 Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
3.2 Pricing
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and operator pricing.
- Final price will be shown at the time of booking.
3.3 Payments
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- BookBir.com does not store sensitive payment information.
- User Responsibilities
By booking through our platform, you agree that:

- You are physically and medically fit for adventure activities like paragliding
- You will follow all safety instructions provided by operators

5.1 Acknowledgment of Risk
Paragliding and similar adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Injury, accidents, or falls

- Comprehensive Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
6.1 Inherent Risk Acknowledgment
- The user expressly acknowledges and understands that adventure activities offered through BookBir.com, including but not limited to paragliding, trekking, camping, and related outdoor experiences, involve significant inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Serious physical injury or permanent disability
- Accidents during take-off, flight, or landing
- Equipment failure or malfunction
- Sudden and unpredictable weather changes
- Acts of nature (wind, turbulence, terrain hazards)
- Human error by pilots, guides, or participants
- By proceeding with any booking, the user knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
6.2 Absolute Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, BookBir.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
- Any injury, harm, loss, or damage (physical, emotional, or financial)
- Temporary or permanent disability
- Death
- Loss or damage to personal belongings

6.3 Third-Party Operator Responsibility
All services are delivered by independent third-party operators who are solely responsible for:

- Maintenance and inspection of equipment
- Pilot certifications, licensing, and training
- Compliance with local laws and aviation/adventure regulations
- BookBir.com acts strictly as a facilitator/booking intermediary and does not control or supervise the actual execution of activities.
6.4 No Warranty or Guarantee
BookBir.com makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Safety of any activity
- Quality of equipment or services
- Skill level or conduct of operators
- All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
6.5 Indemnification by User
The user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookBir.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all:
- Claims, legal actions, or demands
- Liabilities, damages, or losses
- Legal fees and expenses
- arising out of:
- User participation in any activity
- Violation of these Terms
- Negligence or misconduct by the user
- Claims brought by third parties on behalf of the user
6.6 Medical Fitness & Responsibility
The user confirms that:
- They are physically and mentally fit to participate
- They do not have any medical condition that may increase risk
- They will disclose any relevant health issues in advance
- BookBir.com shall not be responsible for any incident resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
6.7 Mandatory Acceptance of Risk
- By completing a booking, the user explicitly confirms that:
- They have read and fully understood this section
- They accept all risks voluntarily

6.8 Limitation Under Law

- Weather & Operational Conditions

- Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:

- Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Weather cancellations may be:

No refunds may be issued for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Voluntary cancellations after service initiation
