Welcome to BookBir.com. We act as a booking and facilitation platform connecting travelers with independent service providers in Bir Billing, including but not limited to paragliding operators, hotels, homestays, transport providers, and activity organizers (“Operators”).

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Operator / Partner Responsibility section.

2. Independent Service Providers

All services listed on BookBir.com are provided by independent third-party Operators.

• These Operators are not employees, agents, or representatives of BookBir.com.
• Each Operator is solely responsible for delivering their services.
• BookBir.com does not own, manage, or directly control any activity, accommodation, or service listed on the platform.

3. Role of BookBir.com

Our role is strictly limited to:

• Providing a platform to discover and book services.
• Connecting users with verified local Operators.
• Facilitating communication and bookings.

We do not:

• Operate paragliding flights.
• Manage hotels or accommodations.
• Control transportation services.
• Supervise or monitor activities in real-time.

4. Operator Responsibility

Each Operator is solely responsible for:

• Safety standards and operational procedures.
• Licenses, certifications, and legal compliance.
• Equipment condition and maintenance.
• Staff training and conduct.
• Service delivery and customer experience.

For example:

• Paragliding Operators are responsible for pilot certification, weather decisions, and flight safety.
• Hotels and homestays are responsible for room quality, hygiene, and guest services.
• Rental providers are responsible for vehicle condition and documentation.

5. User Acknowledgement

By booking through BookBir.com, you acknowledge that:

• You are entering into a direct agreement with the Operator, not BookBir.com.
• The actual service will be delivered by the Operator.
• Any issues related to service delivery must be addressed with the Operator.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BookBir.com shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from services provided by Operators.
• This includes paragliding incidents, weather-related cancellations, service quality issues, property damage, or personal loss.

All such responsibilities rest solely with the respective Operator.

7. Disputes with Operators

• Users agree to first contact the Operator directly.
• BookBir.com may assist in communication as a goodwill gesture, but is not obligated to resolve disputes.
• Final responsibility for resolution lies with the Operator.

8. Verification & Due Diligence

We aim to list reputable and verified Operators, however:

• Verification does not constitute a guarantee of service quality or safety.
• Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment before booking.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookBir.com, its owners, and team from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your participation in any activity.
• Your interaction with any Operator.
• Any dispute between you and an Operator.
